What's Included in the Package?

We are giving a FREE thumbnail/packshot (your product on a transparent background, front and back) photo per booking.

HOW IT WORKS?

SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT REQUEST TO GET A PROPOSAL

Create your custom product and service package, finalize your brief, and receive a detailed proposal with pricing, turnaround time, and delivery information within 24 hours.

Ship Or Drop off your products

Once you accept the proposal, ship your products to CDM Studio in Imus Cavite.

We’ll send you an invoice, and as soon as payment is received, we’ll begin the turnaround process.

Get shots in 3-5 business days or less

Approve images remotely, in-studio, or opt to confirm them upon completion. Once retouched, you'll receive a link to download images or request edits.

FAQs

HOW AND WHEN TO PAY?

Once your products are delivered to CDM Pictures and we confirm that the items match the proposal, we’ll send you an invoice.

Once you’ve made the payment, we’ll proceed to the shooting stage.

HOW TO DELIVER PRODUCTS?

After the proposal is accepted, deliver the items to the assigned location via a drop-off or by using one of the major shipping providers.

Drop-off time: Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Please do not ship or drop off your products before the proposal is accepted, and make sure it meets the Product Requirements and follows the Delivery Checklist.

WHEN WILL IMAGES BE READY?

We will start shooting your project the next business day once we receive the payment. It would take takes 1-3 business days to get the images ready.

You will receive a link that can be accessed from any device. This link will allow you to view and download the images.

Please note that you have 10 calendar days to request edits after receiving the link.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds that have already been completed and delivered in the form of received images.
